PERU’s Gavin Bailey will be speaking in Warsaw on 23rd September, as part of the ESPAnet-Poland conference on social investment and development. He will present some new work on innovative social investment, as part of the Horizon2020 InnoSI project, with a focus on personalisation in active labour market policies.
