PERU’s Rachel Kinsella spoke at the Clinks Networking Forum: Working with Women in the Criminal Justice System on Tuesday 8th May. Titled, “How do we define ‘success’ and how do we measure it?” Rachel drew on her experience of undertaking a wide range of evaluations such as the Whole System Approach to Women Offenders in Greater Manchester and the Transition to Adulthood (T2A) Pathway Programme to highlight the challenges of evidencing impact and outcomes for voluntary sector run projects.
