In this episode, put together by RAH! (Research in Arts and Humanities) focuses on personalisation in the transformation of public services, with some really interesting research with real lasting impact for individuals within public services. it features PERU’s Professor Chris Fox on public sector reform in the criminal justice setting; Caroline Marsh, an independent consultant who speaks to Chris about how this work has impacted upon practice; and Gail Mann a PhD student at PERU who works on personalisation in voluntary, community and social enterprise services.
