Members of Manchester Metropolitan University Policy Evaluation and Reserach Unit (PERU) and the Division of Chemistry & Environmental Science have established the Manchester Centre for the Study of Legal Highs (MCSLH).
MCSLH are a multi-disciplinary team of social scientists, chemists and economists with an interest in better understanding the rapid growth in the number of legal highs and new trends in their use.
