Professor Stephen Morris (Policy Evaluation and Research Unit)
James Noble (New Philanthropy Capital)
In this free seminar Stephen and James will discuss the overall purpose of evaluation and measuring impact and look at perspectives and challenges around different models and approaches.
They will also explore which evaluation approaches are appropriate given resource constraints, the stages of programme maturity and what different types of data / information can tell us. Finally they will consider how commissioners and funders could think about impact measurement to help improve services.
