PhD Scholarship Competition 2016
We are looking for high quality PhD candidates to help us deliver outstanding research that addresses some of the biggest challenges facing contemporary society.
PERU Scholarships
The following Scholarships are available:
- The theory and practice of personalized approaches to offender rehabilitation
- ‘Troubled Families’: addressing ‘complex dependency’ in the context of Devolution in Manchester
- YouthCELL: Youth Civic Engagement and Life-chances over the Life-course
- Crime Pattern Analysis and Prediction: An automated and data-driven approach
- Disentangling Urban Insecurities: An investigation of public ‘calls’ to the police
- Individual and Neighbourhood Criminal Careers: a sequence analysis of offending trajectories
Competition Timeline
- Submit your application by 9am on the 21 March
- Interviews with be held between Tuesday 29 March and Thursday 7 April
- The University Review panel will take place on the week commencing 25 April
- Applicants will be informed of their Scholarship application outcome by 31 May
