On September 20th 2016 Professor Chris Fox is presenting to a group from the Dutch Ministry of Safety & Justice and the board, management and policy-advisors of the Dutch Probation Organisations.
In the Netherlands there are major changes underway in the payment structure for probation as well as a programme of decentralization that is giving municipalities a larger role in social welfare and safety.
Chris will present on recent reforms in the English and Welsh criminal justice system including payment by results, justice devolution and emerging models of personalisation.
