Learn how innovative programs in the US tackle recidivism by enabling men and women to develop their entrepreneurial skills and mindset to become better individuals, employees, business owners and employers of the future.

In this free seminar David Morgan FRSA of NOVUS will showcase the innovative US programs which he has researched and observed first hand, following the award of a Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Travelling Grant.

David will describe the highlights of US programs that work with individuals still in custody and those post release. He will also focus on the critical success factors in enabling the men and women to know themselves and how to become better individuals in the future. This foundation significantly increases their life chances to develop ways of earning a legitimate income and to have a crime free future.

This FREE seminar is organised by the Academy for Social Justice Commissioning and supported by the Policy Evaluation and Research Unit.
