Although community justice, as a new trend, does not exist in Saudi Arabia in a strict western\u00a0sense, local community does get involved in crime prevention and judicial process, such as\u00a0community policing, community prosecution, and restorative justice sanctioning. These\u00a0community involvements are based on Islamic religion, collective culture (such as tribalism)\u00a0and social system (such as Sheikh and Umda system).
