The aim of this contribution is to deal with the purposes, benefits and caveats of\u00a0comparative studies in the field of restorative justice. This consideration is of first\u00a0importance since more and more international conferences, seminars or \u2018fora\u2019 are dealing\u00a0with the issue of comparison2.
