This paper considers the potential impact of COVID-19 on front-line prison staff currently serving during the pandemic. Its aim is to consider the long-term impact on front-line staff during similar outbreaks and draw on that learning to identify what type of harm may be experienced by prison staff, and what steps may be taken to limit such harm.<\/p>\n
